'Rural and Ready' is focused on reaching students in rural areas with opportunities to advance leadership and soft skills prior to graduating secondary school.

We hope to prepare rural students for competitive post-secondary environments and help them become career-ready leaders.

With a lack of social support in rural areas, students are often lost finding fitting career paths and as a blog and resource page, we hope to provide topics related to skill-training and resume building from young, relatable mentors.

'Rural and Ready' want to promote a
'self-improvement mindset' for students in rural areas. We will encourage them to challenge themselves and fall in love with the process of how to shape their future.
